We are looking for a highly strategic and collaborative Specialist Account Executive to join our Marketing Cloud business in Austria. In this role, you will partner closely with Enterprise and Key Account Executives to drive complex, high-value customer engagements across the full sales cycle.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital marketing technology, enterprise SaaS sales, and value-based selling. You are experienced in orchestrating large, cross-functional deal teams and know how to leverage internal specialists, technical experts, partners, and executive stakeholders to win transformational business opportunities.

Your Impact
- Act as the Marketing Cloud specialist for strategic enterprise accounts across Austria
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Key Account Managers to shape account strategy and drive complex deal cycles
- Position Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce solutions through strategic, value-based selling and executive engagement
- Lead discovery conversations with senior customer stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, CRM, Data, and Customer Experience functions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding business objectives, organizational priorities, and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate effectively across a matrix organization including:
- BDRs and SDRs
- Solution Engineers
- Customer Success and Professional Services
- Enterprise Corporate Sales teams
- Industry Advisors and Executives
- Alliance and Consulting Partners
- Drive pipeline creation and progression within strategic enterprise accounts
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver compelling customer business cases, ROI analyses, references, and strategic account plans
- Own accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and sales execution discipline
- Contribute to a high-performance, team-oriented culture built around collaboration, accountability, and customer success
Basic Requirements
- Proven success in Enterprise SaaS or Software Sales
- Strong experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise solutions
- Experience working in specialist overlay or matrix sales organizations
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence large enterprise buying groups
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation technologies
- Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals
- Excellent sales methodology, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
- Strong executive presence and credibility with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional sales organizations
- Fluent German and English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Marketing Technology, Customer Data Platforms, AI, or Customer Experience solutions
- Familiarity with consultative and value-based sales approaches
- Ability to manage strategic enterprise opportunities from discovery to close
