Agentforce 360 is transforming how businesses work, and Slack is at the center of it all. As the AI work platform, Slack is where your people and agents work together. It is the essential tool to make your AI investments deliver. We power work for millions of people every day, and we're leading the charge into the agentic era. Our mission? Make people's working lives simpler, more pleasant, and more productive.
We're looking for a Senior GTM Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy for Slack. In this role, you'll own sales enablement for Slack's biggest product releases and build the programs that generate Slack pipeline and revenue growth. You'll sit on the extended leadership team for Slack sales leaders, helping their teams understand, position, and sell Slack.
This team uses AI as a core part of how we operate. Every team member is expected to build and manage AI-powered workflows and agents. If you're energized by the opportunity to create new ways of working, this role is for you.

Build ongoing sales plays and programs. Develop the messaging, competitive content, use cases, and sales plays that help sellers generate pipeline and close deals.
Track win/loss trends and competitive signals. Stay close to how deals are won and lost: gathering seller feedback, competitive insights, and deal data to sharpen messaging and inform GTM priorities. Be the internal expert on where Slack wins and why.
Develop and scale GTM content with AI. Build and manage AI-powered workflows and agents to keep content current, relevant, and tailored for different audiences. Use data to identify gaps, prioritize what to build, and measure the effectiveness of sales programs.
Own key sales communications and updates. Own the seller newsletter and launch communications that keep sales teams informed and activated.
Drive cross-functional alignment. Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align on priorities, incorporate feedback, and co-create the highest impact programs.
