Tableau, a Salesforce company, is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our #datafam team in Colombia.

The Role

As an Analytics Account Executive for Tableau's Commercial Business Unit (CBU) in Colombia, you'll be responsible for selling Tableau's software solutions across a defined portfolio of Mid-Market accounts. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the data analytics landscape in the region — backed by a dedicated team committed to enabling your success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Defining and executing your account and territory plans — proactively identifying and building relationships with new and existing contacts.

  • Leading and qualifying multiple opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas.

  • Maintaining accurate customer data and sales forecasting in Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborating with internal resources — including product support and sales engineering — throughout the sales cycle.

  • Delivering compelling initial product demos and partnering with sales engineering for complex, in-depth presentations.

  • Building and growing your network within each account to strengthen long-term customer relationships.

  • Providing regular pipeline and forecast reporting through Salesforce.

  • Staying ahead of competitive trends, market dynamics, and product developments — being the go-to Tableau enthusiast on your team.

  • Participating in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy planning, sales training, customer engagement, and marketing efforts.

  • Traveling to customer sites across your territory as needed to support sales efforts.

  • Experienced Guide — You bring solid field-based enterprise software sales experience, with a track record of selling into Mid-Market accounts. You're comfortable navigating C-Level conversations and working across multiple lines of business. Consistent experience closing significant deals is a must. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
