Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Talent Attraction Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting early talent recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, and sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting people to opportunities, comfortable engaging with candidates and cross-functional partners, and eager to learn the university and early talent recruiting landscape.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Support: Assist in identifying and engaging prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, campus platforms, and talent databases. Help maintain and organize candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Campus & Event Recruiting Support: Support the coordination and planning of virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and campus engagement activities. Help prepare materials, manage logistics, and track event outcomes.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Assist in crafting outreach messages, follow-up communications, and candidate-facing content that reflects our employer brand. Help ensure a positive, responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Recruiting Operations & Coordination: Support tracking of candidate activity across open requisitions. Assist with maintaining accurate records and data hygiene in recruiting systems.
- Data & Reporting Assistance: Help collect and organize recruiting metrics such as application volumes, source effectiveness, and pipeline health. Support the creation of basic reports to inform team decision-making.
- Master TAM & Research: Conduct deep-dive curriculum and Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to shape long-term workforce planning and educational pipeline strategies.
- Drive Agentic Efficiency: Audit existing recruiting workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI-driven process gains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with university relations, programs, and hiring teams to support seamless recruiting workflows and consistent communication.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 Grad)
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in talent acquisition, early talent programs, employer branding, or HR
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Demonstrated AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline tasks, improve workflows, and drive efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to recruiting technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, GoodTime and familiarity with LinkedIn or other campus recruiting platforms, such as Handshake
- Interest in candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and university recruiting
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a high-impact, globally focused talent team
