Description
We are seeking an Associate PMM, Events to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events across the Customer Zero program and Portfolio PMM team.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role focused on bringing the Agentic Enterprise narrative to life across events, from large-scale moments like Dreamforce and Connections to smaller owned events, like World Tours and third-party event experiences.
You will play a critical role in ensuring events run smoothly, staff are prepared, and content is delivered with consistency and quality. This role is ideal for someone excited to learn how content, product marketing, and events come together to create impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Execution

Support the execution of events across:
Customer Zero program
Portfolio PMM initiatives

Manage logistics and coordination, including:
Adding and maintaining sessions in agenda builder
Managing staffing assignments in Staffingforce
Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and event milestones
Partner with internal teams to ensure all event components are aligned and delivered on time
Staffing & Readiness
Create and distribute booth readiness kits and event prep materials
Schedule and coordinate staff prep calls ahead of events

Ensure all staffers:
Understand their roles and responsibilities
Are familiar with key messaging and content
Are prepared to engage effectively onsite
Serve as a point of contact for staffers leading up to and during events
Content & Messaging Support
Help ensure consistency of the Agentic Enterprise narrative across sessions, booths, and materials

Support the preparation and organization of:
Session content
Demos
Supporting materials
Coordinate with PMMs and content teams to ensure assets are complete and aligned
Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with:
Events and production teams
Creative teams
Strategy and PMM stakeholders
Help coordinate timelines, inputs, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
Ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning process
Post-Event Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Support the development of:
Event recaps
Retrospectives
Key learnings and action items
Gather feedback from stakeholders and staffers
Help identify opportunities to improve future events
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, operations, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience with event tools (e.g., agenda builder, staffing systems) is a plus, but not required
Interest in content, product marketing, or events is highly preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish
