To support this growth, we are hiring an Agentforce Specialist Account Executive in Sydney to partner with our core Account Executives across the Commercial and Enterprise segments.

This is a specialist, co-prime role, working in close partnership with the primary AE to drive complex, high-value AI-led transformations. Success in this role requires the ability to operate at the intersection of business strategy and advanced technology, translating AI capabilities into clear, tangible business outcomes.

You will bring a strong point of view on AI, automation, and digital labour, and thrive in helping customers navigate ambiguity, simplifying complex concepts into practical, value-driven use cases.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with core Account Executives to identify, shape, and close Agentforce opportunities across a defined territory

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Agentforce, from discovery through to deal closure, in a co-prime capacity

  • Drive deep discovery conversations to uncover customer challenges across productivity, cost optimisation, and customer experience

  • Translate AI and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes, building compelling value cases and transformation narratives

  • Develop and present Points of View (PoVs) that articulate how AI agents can reshape customer operations and deliver measurable ROI

  • Engage both technical and business stakeholders—from IT and Data leaders to C-suite executives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a unified “One Salesforce” experience

  • Position Agentforce in the context of broader Salesforce capabilities, including Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

  • Stay ahead of market trends in AI, automation, and digital labour to bring informed, credible insights to customers

What you should have

  • Proven experience in enterprise or commercial B2B sales, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • Experience selling AI, automation, data, or platform-based solutions

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value, particularly in emerging technology areas

  • A track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth, high-change environment

  • Experience leading consultative discovery and building executive-level relationships

  • Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, ML/AI platforms)

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to build and articulate ROI-driven business cases

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
