We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Education Sales Team, covering the North and North-Central Italy market.
Our team acts as a trusted advisor to Education organizations, partnering with Universities, Research Centers, and K-12 institutions to support their digital transformation journey and help them succeed in the Agentic AI era. We do this by delivering our complete portfolio of solutions and enabling measurable outcomes for institutions and the students they serve.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive for North & North-Central Italy, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle in the country’s primary economic and academic engine. You will engage with Rectors, General Managers (Direttori Generali), CIOs, and Boards of Directors, positioning our platform as the strategic foundation for the "Campus of the Future."
You will operate in a high-impact environment, partnering with Top-ranked Universities, prestigious Private Business Schools, leading Research Bodies, and Regional Education Authorities across the North and Central-Northern territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management across the full sales cycle
Manage and grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Acquire net new customers within the Education Sector
Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value
Lead and orchestrate an extended team (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services)
Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance
Represent and promote the company vision through customer engagements, executive briefings, events, and product demonstrations
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of selling enterprise software, technology solutions, or Advisory & Implementation services to Education C-level executives
Strong experience within the Education Sector in North and North-Central Italy
6+ years of quota-carrying experience in software or technology sales
Demonstrated ability in account planning, complex deal management, and virtual team leadership
Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and customer success
