Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre professional to join the Alliances & Channels team to drive partner-led growth for the Consumer & Manufacturing Industries (CMI) segment.

This role is responsible for maximizing partner-driven contribution through asset-led innovation and strategic collaboration. As a Partner-Facing Salesforce Solution Advisor, you will engage deeply with the partner ecosystem to co-create, position, and scale Salesforce-based solutions aligned to market needs and whitespace opportunities.

You will act as a critical bridge between business objectives and technical capabilities, accelerating partner readiness, strengthening go-to-market (GTM) execution, and driving measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, guiding them on Salesforce capabilities, solution architecture, and industry best practices

  • Solution Co-Creation & White Space Identification:Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to identify customer needs, uncover gaps, and build scalable Salesforce solutions

  • Solution Strategy & Design: Provide strategic input into solution creation across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)

  • GTM Enablement: Build GTM-ready partners by enabling asset development aligned with CMI segment priorities and establishing structured GTM approaches

  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Strengthen partner capabilities through continuous enablement, innovation alignment, and joint value proposition development

  • Revenue Influence: Co-own and drive partner-led ACV (Annual Contract Value) for the CMI segment

Experience/Skills:

  • 14-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or advisory roles

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem

  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Experience working with or managing partners, alliances, or channel relationships

  • Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Solution Architect)

  • Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations

  • Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and data architecture

  • Industry expertise in sectors such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Auto
