Description
Senior Account Executive – Informatica Team (Sweden)
Location: Stockholm or Remote (Must be based in Sweden)
Reporting to: Regional Vice President, Nordics
The Opportunity
We are Salesforce, the Customer Company, and our INFA (Informatica) team is at the heart of the AI, Data, and CRM revolution. We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Account Executive to take ownership of the Enterprise Manufacturing segment in Sweden.
This is a premier "Individual Contributor" role with the strategic weight of a sector lead. Based in Sweden, you will act as the primary architect for our expansion within the manufacturing industry, serving as the face of Salesforce’s data management and integration solutions. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for the Nordics, you will have the autonomy to drive the Sweden Manufacturing strategy while being backed by the power of the world’s #1 CRM ecosystem.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As the dedicated owner of the Swedish Enterprise Manufacturing segment, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from high-level territory planning to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Market Stewardship: Act as the "CEO of your territory," developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to maximize our footprint across Sweden Manufacturing.
- Strategic Prospecting: Build deep, lasting relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and Engineering leaders within the manufacturing sector, translating complex industrial data challenges into high-impact business outcomes.
- Pipeline Excellence: Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting within SFDC using the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and our strategic partner channel to deliver seamless customer success and maximize deal size.
- Value-Based Selling: Articulate the power of Data Integration, Quality, and Governance as the essential foundation for successful AI-driven transformations in modern manufacturing.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We are looking for a sophisticated "hunter" with a deep understanding of the Swedish industrial landscape and a proven ability to work independently.
- Experience: 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience, specifically within Enterprise Software. Experience in Data Management, Data Integration, or Data Science is highly preferred.
- Sector Knowledge: A proven track record of overachievement within the Sweden Manufacturing market with an established network of local enterprise contacts.
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build "champions" within both business and technical departments.
- Sales Rigor: Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN).
- Language: Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required.
- Location: You must be based in Stockholm or available for remote work from anywhere within Sweden.
