Description
We are seeking a Product Marketer to support the quality, scale, and operational effectiveness of our growing content and PMM team in the region.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Mexico-based team delivers high-quality work at scale, while also building the systems, workflows, and AI-enabled processes that allow the team to operate efficiently and independently.
In addition, this role will play a key part in bringing the Agentic Enterprise narrative to life across events, which are a critical part of Salesforce’s go-to-market strategy. You will partner closely with the team’s event strategy lead and global stakeholders to shape content, messaging, and audience experience across owned and third-party events.
You will act as a key bridge between global strategy and local execution, translating priorities into clear work, improving how the team operates, and identifying opportunities to increase output, quality, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Team Delivery & Quality
Ensure high-quality output across presentations, content, and deliverables
Review and provide feedback to elevate work before it reaches stakeholders
Maintain consistency in messaging, design, and execution
Workflow & Operations Management
Coordinate day-to-day workflows and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives
Proactively identify and resolve blockers
Event Content & Experience

Partner closely with the team’s event strategy lead to support content and experience development across:
Paid events (e.g., Dreamforce, Connections, Tableau Conference)
Free/owned events (World Tours, virtual experiences)
Third-party events

Help translate event strategy into:
Clear storylines and messaging
Immersive, hands-on experiences that help inspire and educate the audience
High-quality presentations and demos

Contribute to defining:
Key takeaways and calls to action
How the Agentic Enterprise narrative is expressed across sessions and formats
Collaborate with internal and external partners (creative, strategy, production) to ensure strong execution
Team Productivity & Capacity
Monitor team workload and capacity
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve throughput
Help prioritize work to align with business impact
Qualifications
Experience leading or coordinating teams in content, marketing, or operations roles
Experience supporting or contributing to event content, messaging, or execution, in partnership with event strategy teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
Interest in using AI tools to improve workflows and scale output
Fluent in English and Spanish
