Description

Salesforce is looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented project manager to join the Competitive Intelligence team to help in delivering key projects related to AI, data, and automation initiatives. We are looking for a team-oriented leaders who prides themselves on getting things done!

This role will require leading end-to-end project management. You will w closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and the Data & Analytics teams. You'll scope, prioritize, and execute key projects while developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that remain flexible to evolving business needs. You'll track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders, while establishing and maintaining project management best practices, templates, and processes for the Competitive Intelligence team.

The position involves facilitating workshops, working sessions, and alignment meetings to drive consensus and forward momentum. You'll create documentation and communication materials to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization, and identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to improve team efficiency and project outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience working in a complex enterprise organizations, with the variety of data engineering roles, and excels in environments requiring collaboration.

Competitive Content / Project Management responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for competitive intelligence initiatives related to AI, data, and automation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Data & Analytics teams

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that adapt to evolving business needs. This role will work to ensure content delivery timelines are met.

  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders

  • Establish and maintain content management best practices, templates, and processes for the Competitive Intelligence team

  • Create documentation and communication materials to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization, specifically as it relates to Slack Channel / engagement strategy

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to improve team efficiency and project outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related role, preferably in competitive intelligence, market research, or product strategy

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in enterprise organizations

  • Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and automation technologies and their competitive landscape

  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without direct authority

  • Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, timelines, and status reports

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification

  • Experience in the enterprise software or technology industry

  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships across teams
