Description

The Global Partnerships team is looking for a driven, enablement-focused Senior Analyst to support two closely connected functions: M&A and Partner Ecosystem Enablement. This role focuses on making sure Salesforce employees, acquired company teams, and our partner-facing field (PAMs/PSMs) have the tools, content, and clarity they need to move fast and stay aligned. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who loves building structure out of ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and can independently drive content and programs from a blank page to a polished deliverable.

Your Impact - Responsibilities

  • Develop internal enablement materials for Salesforce employees and acquired company teams navigating integration (onboarding guides, FAQs, process overviews, integration timelines)

  • Build and maintain comms templates and messaging frameworks for M&A milestones and integration updates

  • Develop internal comms and toolkits for PAMs and PSMs to carry into the Partner Ecosystem

  • Build field-ready resources that equip PAMs/PSMs with clear messaging on acquisition updates, partner impact, and GTM changes

  • Maintain and refresh enablement content and toolkit materials as integrations evolve and partner priorities shift

  • Create a repeatable content framework for M&A enablement that scales across future acquisitions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in enablement, program management, alliances/partnerships, or GTM strategy

  • Self-starter with a bias toward action, you don't wait to be told what to do next and have a track record of driving work to completion

  • Strong structured thinking skills, able to take ambiguous situations and build clear, logical frameworks

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, writes clearly for non-technical audiences, distills complex topics into polished materials, and presents with confidence to all levels including executive

  • Skilled storyteller, can facilitate and present compellingly, defend a point-of-view, and deliver a clear and memorable message

  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Approaches every interaction with a beginner's mind — curious, open, and always learning

  • Collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally and embodies Salesforce's Ohana culture

  • Operates with urgency — moves fast, stays focused, and drives toward results
