Overview of the Role:

The Recruiting Optimization Contractor is part of the Employee Success Recruiting Optimization team at Salesforce, which works to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. This is a 3-month contract role focused on improving how Salesforce presents itself to talent through clear, accurate, and compelling job descriptions on our career site.

As a Recruiting Optimization Contractor, you audit, edit, and update job descriptions across Salesforce's career site, ensuring every posting reflects current role needs, consistent formatting, and inclusive language.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing job descriptions on the career site to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current role requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and correct formatting issues, outdated language, and inaccurate role details across a high volume of postings.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Optimization team to prioritize updates and flag roles that need recruiter or hiring manager input.
  • Complete a defined scope of job description updates within the 3-month engagement, contributing to a stronger candidate experience and more effective talent attraction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience reviewing, editing, or writing professional content with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a workload independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition operations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or career site platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale organization.
