The Mission
At Slack, we’re making work life simpler, more pleasant, and more productive. Slack's creative team is growing, and we're looking for an Integrated Producer to help us scale two critical production pillars: post production and social media.
This role sits at the intersection of social content production, video post production, project management, AI workflow design, and creative operations
You'll be embedded in our in-house creative studio to lead the operational side of social content production, while also maturing and owning post production processes and hygiene. We're actively building AI into our production workflows, and this person will help lead that effort, to not just adopt tools, but shape how they land. This is a craft-forward, systems-minded role. You care deeply about quality and you're just as energized by building the infrastructure that makes great work possible at scale.
What You’ll Do
Post production
- Lead post production on customer story videos, product demos, and event/opener films including edit, stakeholder review processes, color, mix, sound design, and finishing.
- Manage handoffs from shoot through final delivery, ensuring quality and on-time output. On occasion, you'll fully own the lifecycle of production, not just the post processes
- Maintain post production hygiene — job numbers, naming conventions, footage storage, and archiving
Social media production
- Manage the social content production pipeline, ensuring bandwidth and resourcing across designers, writers, animators, and vendors.
- Develop scalable, agentic driven, and efficient production solutions for high-volume social content, ensuring that generative content tools and automation systems are deliberately scaled in service of quality output
- Partner with social strategy to ensure production output aligns with platform goals
What You Should Bring
- 5+ years producing video and/ or social content, with strong post production experience
- Proven track record managing social media content pipelines at scale
- Experience with technical or developer-facing content is a strong plus
- Fluency with AI forward post production workflows, file management, and project tracking tools
- Highly organized — you proactively build structure where there isn't any
- Collaborative — you're a natural partner who communicates clearly across teams
- Operationally minded — you find efficiency gains without sacrificing quality
- Calm under pressure — you manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with good judgment
- Curious about emerging platforms, formats, and content trends
