Description

Your Impact as a Leader

  • Drive a culture of Getting it Done: Fostering a culture of accountable execution where people love to win together.
  • Scale the Engine: Partner with Sales Leadership and Sales Strategy to set the mark for FY27, ensuring our GTM strategy and team practices align to the highest value needs of the business.
  • Develop the Bench: Attract, coach, and retain a multidisciplinary team of SEs, prioritizing their professional journey as much as the finish line victory.
  • Bridge Strategy and Execution: Balance high-level resource allocation with deep-seated technical credibility.
  • Player Coach: Be in the field yourself, developing thought leadership and leading by example

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Sales VPs to align technical resources against the highest-propensity opportunities and needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive a mindset shift from technical features to "Transformation & Innovation," ensuring every demo or delivery is a window into the customer's future.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate SE talent to maximize impact
  • C-Suite Influence: Facilitate high-stakes discussions at the CIO and Head of Architecture levels, translating complex platform capabilities (Agentforce, Data36O, etc.) into business outcomes.
  • Culture of Excellence: Set a standard of "Collective Excellence," where managers and individual contributors feel supported, challenged, and inspired to get better every day.
  • Leverage AI for Pre-Sales Productivity: Drive the internal adoption of generative AI tools. You will empower your team to use AI for faster discovery, automated RFP responses, and high-fidelity personalized demos, turning "the suffer" of manual tasks into a pursuit of high-value strategy.
  • Architect Deep Solutions: Oversee and lead complex, multi-cloud engagements. You will lead your team in moving beyond "feature/function" to deliver deep, integrated solutions that solve foundational business problems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Leadership Depth: 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, management consulting, or sales strategy, with at least 3-5 years specifically in a leadership capacity (second-line experience preferred).
  • Grit: A proven track record of "finding something from nothing"—the ability to build pipeline and win in untapped markets and emerging technologies.
  • Technical Command: Deep fluency in cloud computing, IT architecture, and the Salesforce Platform (including Agentforce and Data36O).
  • Operational Rigor: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex territory structures and deliver on aggressive revenue targets.
  • Human-Centric Design: Mastery of design thinking and a passion for human-centered problem-solving.
  • Communication: Exceptional presence with the ability to command a room, whether it's a technical deep-dive or a boardroom vision session.

The Profile: A Solution-Led Program Architect

We are looking for a leader who prioritizes sustainable systems over short-term wins. You are the strategist who translates new ideas into a scalable, high-performance engine. You must be someone who:

  • Engineers Collective Success: You don't just solve for the deal; you solve for the organization. You prioritize building a cross-functional legacy, ensuring that technical wins are shared, documented, and repeatable.
  • Operationalizes the "Edge": You thrive inambiguity by building the frameworks needed to navigate it.
  • Architects the Standard: You don’t just hit a revenue target; you design the GTM blueprint that defines it. You build the technical playbooks and proof-of-concept models that become the gold standard for teams globally, ensuring our approaches are always two steps ahead of the market.
