The Lead Account Solution Engineer (SE) is a high-impact, technical subject matter expert (SME) responsible for driving the technical sales strategy for our most strategic enterprise accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to uncover business challenges and design world-class solutions using the Salesforce Core platform and Tableau.

As a Lead SE, you aren’t just giving demos; you are telling a story. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and demonstrate how the Salesforce ecosystem can transform a customer’s entire business model.

Department Description:

Computable Insights LLC, referred to as “Salesforce National Security”(SNS), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salesforce. SNS is Salesforce’s contracting entity dedicated to the US Intelligence Community and US National Security market, and in this capacity is a major component of Salesforce’s Global Public Sector. Salesforce Global Public Sector has dedicated teams supporting Federal Civilian Agencies, State & Local Agencies, the Department of Defense, and Government Contractors in addition to SNS.

Your Impact:

  • Present CRM & Data solutions to a business or technical audience.

  • Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, as well as represent their team's needs to the executive staff.

  • Work closely with operations, product managers and other key team members to represent and deliver the unique security and compliance requirements of our US Intelligence Community customers.

  • Communicate and strategize with Sales Leadership on how best to address the region to drive customer success and closed deals.

  • Architect end-to-end technical solutions that integrate Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Industries) with Tableau’s visual analytics.

  • Build and deliver high-impact, tailored "Point-Of-View Demos" that prove the value of our platform and Tableau.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prior Solutions Management in a related field or Delivery experience.

  • Proficient with CRM technologies (or other Enterprise business applications) and be able to present to a business or technical audience

  • Analytical and Strategic in approach to solving complex business problems.

  • Current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business Technology or Related Field

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Platform App Builder.

  • Salesforce Certified Associate or Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud).

  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Data Analyst.

NOTE: Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and maintaining the specific level U.S. government background investigation required for this role. All offers of employment are contingent upon Government approval of your TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
