Description

We are seeking a Digital Designer to support our social channels, including X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and more, across Salesforce’s corporate handles and global social media center of excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and delivering scalable templates, design systems, and digital assets across a range of multimedia formats. In this role, you’ll bring creative strategy to life across social through static design, motion graphics, and video editing. You’ll collaborate closely with social strategists and leads, campaign managers, and brand and creative partners to elevate our visual storytelling.

EXPERIENCE

● 5+ years of experience producing digital and social content in an agency, studio, or in-house environment

● Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality execution across digital and social platforms

● Experience creating content optimized for social-first formats, including short-form video and motion

● Familiarity with current design trends, platform behaviors, and digital marketing best practices

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and video editing tools

● Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video design is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Translate briefs and marketing objectives into compelling, platform-native creative

● Design and produce scalable templates and systems to enable efficient, high-quality content production

● Create engaging social content including static designs, GIFs, video, illustrations, and photography

● Execute edits, resizes, and optimizations across formats and platforms

● Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas that push beyond expected solutions

● Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards while adapting to platform-specific nuances

● Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, strategy, and campaign teams to deliver cohesive storytelling

REQUIRED SKILLS

● Strong visual design skills with a clear point of view and attention to detail

● Ability to take projects from concept to execution independently

● Deep understanding of platform nuances (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and how creative performs across each

● Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
