Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join the Alliances & Channels – Partner Segment Management (PSM) team to drive partner-led growth for the FINS enterprise segment.
The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) for the Financial Services (FINS) Enterprise segment is responsible for driving partner-led growth by building a high-impact ecosystem of strategic and emerging partners. This role focuses on increasing partner contribution to revenue, enabling GTM readiness, and ensuring successful execution of joint customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue influence: Own the partner pipe gen and partner business growth responsibility of the FINS enterprise segment
Build GTM-Ready Partners: Enable partners to become market-ready through structured GTM programs, capability development, and joint solution positioning aligned to segment priorities.
Collaboration: Align with the key segment stakeholders on value drivers and with key partners execs
Experience/Skills:
15-18 years of experience across alliances, sales, strategy and business development.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales, preferably in Financial Services Experience working with multiple teams driving outcomes in a collaborative manner
Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizations
Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
Strong execution focus with a balance of strategy and operations
Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth
Willingness to travel as required.
