Experience / Skills Required
5+ years experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
2+ years management experience, covering a full product lifecycle, from concept to release.
Led on-site and remote teams to create a healthy and high-performance culture.
Managed large and fast-moving design initiatives, while juggling competing priorities, to ensure a team’s on-time delivery.
Supported the creation of a product’s vision through collaboration with cross-functional partners.
Led strategic decisions based on analytics and user research.
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build consensus.
Expertise in user-centered design methods and ensuring accessible user experiences.
Skills in industry-leading design tools, such as Figma, along with ability to learn new tools.
BA/BS or MA/MS in design-related field, or equivalent experience.
Bonus:
Can foster usage of a design system, not just single-purpose apps.
Experience with, or professional interest in, next-generation experiences involving generative and predictive AI.
Experience with CRM or enterprise software.

Set the design vision for a product, guiding the team through its implementation, while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Drive large-scale design initiatives across multiple application experiences, manage priorities, and set expectations with cross-disciplinary contributors.
Communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders using documentation, reviews, and presentations.
Serve as a bridge between design, product, engineering and quality experts, finding opportunities for new features and validating assumptions through user testing and research, to deliver a polished final product.
Promote and educate others on interface guidelines and design patterns to extend the existing style guides and design system.
Deliver software that is inclusive and universal, designed for users of multiple languages and abilities, adhering to WCAG and other industry standards.
Consider how design impacts ethics and equality, and speaks up if veering off course.
