About the Role
As the OSP Sales Lead for Ireland, you will be the entrepreneurial force driving the Outsource Service Provider (OSP) motion in a critical new market. You aren't just managing a territory; you are building a business from the ground up.
Reporting into the Regional Vice President for UKI Channels & Offerings, you will own the end-to-end OSP strategy for Ireland, covering both Enterprise and Commercial segments. This is a quota-carrying role for a high-energy, independent operator who can navigate the unique nuances of the Irish market and partner ecosystem to consistently achieve sales targets through the closure of net-new, accretive revenue opportunities and accelerate the Agentic AI revolution.
Your Impact:
Market Architect: Establish the OSP presence in Ireland, moving from a "blank slate" to a thriving, revenue-generating ecosystem.
Ecosystem Pioneer: Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships within the Irish Partner Ecosystem and onboard them as OSP partners.
Solution Visionary: Work with Irish OSPs to design and scale industry-specific solutions, focusing on Digital Labour and Agentic AI to transform front, middle, and back-office operations.
Strategic Bridge: Serve as the face of OSP in Ireland, working seamlessly with the Irish Salesforce sales teams to promote the OSP model within their businesses and pipelines
Revenue Driver: Achieve ambitious growth targets through net-new revenue, leveraging a "challenger" mindset to disrupt traditional service models.
Core Responsibilities:
Business Building: Execute a localized Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Ireland, identifying high-growth opportunities across Enterprise and Commercial tiers.
Relationship Management: Initiate and scale strategic relationships with Irish OSPs, BPOs, and Consulting firms, ensuring Salesforce is their partner of choice for "Agentic" transformation and OSP is their channel of choice.
Pipeline Generation: Daily execution developing new accounts, growing existing ones and encouraging growth through pipe generation initiatives internally and externally
Forecasting & Operations: Maintain a rigorous operational cadence, providing accurate sales forecasts and managing a complex pipeline with high visibility.
Sales Execution: operate at the OSP specialist in deal cycles, supporting Salesforce sales teams to close OSP deals effectively
Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the Irish market," sharing win/loss analysis and local customer success stories to influence the broader UKI OSP strategy.
Evangelism: Promote the power of Agentic AI and Digital Labour at local industry events and within the Irish tech community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Local Expertise: Proven experience in the Irish technology or professional services market, with an established network in the Dublin business ecosystem.
Hybrid Sales Background: A strong track record in sales, ideally blending B2B SaaS with Services/BPO/Consulting experience across both Direct and Indirect sales
Full-Stack Sales Ability: Experience managing complex sales cycles across both Commercial (mid-market) and large Enterprise accounts.
Entrepreneurial Grit: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and build a territory with minimal local supervision.
Matrix Navigation: Success in working across highly matrixed, global organizations to secure resources and achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ecosystem Knowledge: Direct experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem (or similar high-growth SaaS platforms).
Strategic Architect: Ability to construct complex business cases, articulate ROI, and lead "Challenger" sales conversations at the C-suite level.
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of Indirect Sales, BPO, BPaaS, and/or Managed Services models.
Passion for AI: A genuine interest in the future of Digital Labour and how Agentic AI is reshaping the global workforce.
