Role Overview
We are looking for an AI-first, forward-thinking Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS) to build next-generation Salesforce solutions. This role goes beyond traditional development—you will leverage AI to accelerate engineering, improve code quality, and unlock new levels of productivity. You will work closely with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and global stakeholders to design scalable, high-performance systems while embedding AI into the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform Write clean, efficient code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Leverage AI tools and intelligent agents to enhance engineering productivity, automate workflows, and improve code quality Actively identify opportunities to embed AI across the SDLC (development, testing, debugging, and optimization) Participate in code reviews and drive high engineering standards Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions Debug and resolve complex issues across frontend and backend layers Build and configure Salesforce components (objects, flows, validation rules, reports) Develop integrations, data migrations, and automation workflows Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models Experience with Experience Cloud Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture) Understanding of asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future methods) Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across layers Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices Hands-on exposure to AI-assisted development tools or strong understanding of AI/ML concepts Understanding of secure coding and platform security practices Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain Experience with large data volumes and performance optimization Exposure to data processing or data engineering Familiarity with design patterns and scalable architecture Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience with AI-driven development frameworks or tooling
