RVP, LATAM Specialists Sales | Analytics
We are seeking a validated, tactical, and strategic RVP of Specialists Sales to lead a team of Analytics Specialist Account Executives across Latin America. Operating in an overlay model, the RVP will partner closely with Core Sales AVPs and RVPs to maximize the analytics portfolio across the region.
The appointed RVP will play a key role in generating revenue and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas, while providing strategic definition and GTM implementation to drive pipeline and close transformational deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Analytics Specialist AEs across LATAM
- Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings; engage corporate resources as needed
- Act as a strategic overlay partner to Core Sales leadership, maximizing Analytics opportunity across the account base
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and mentor the team on strategies to drive closure
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
- Consistently supervise sales activity and track results
- Define and execute the Analytics GTM strategy for the region, aligned to the Specialist overlay model
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Enablement to keep the team equipped with updated positioning and assets
- Represent Salesforce in executive-level customer conversations and influence strategic and analytics decisions
- Drive Analytics as integrated component of the Salesforce value proposition
Required Skills / Experience
- 15+ years of software sales experience in individual contributor and management roles, including 5+ years of sales management experience
- Proven record of exceeding quota and generating pipeline in an enterprise software environment
- Solid experience with Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Data solutions, with deep knowledge of the LATAM market
- Familiarity with Tableau is a strong differentiator
- Experience in Specialist/overlay selling model, with ability to influence without direct authority
- Ability to manage a business of $30M+ in recurring revenue across the region
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to engage C-level audiences
- Advanced English required
