What is an Account Solution Engineer?
Also known as a “Solution Advisor”, “Sales Consultant,” or “Sales Engineer” the Account Solution Engineer is responsible for owning the solutions throughout the sales cycle and for delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer’s experience. The Account SE is an expert who works alongside their (commercial) colleagues, participates in building our team culture and supports their aligned sales team to create solutions for prospects and customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Enable Digital Transformation: Partner with customers to shape their digital journeys using market-leading CRM and AI Agent technology tailored to industry needs.
- Trusted Advisory: Listen to customer needs and translate business challenges into recommendations that demonstrate clear value to both business leaders and IT stakeholders.
- Solution Orchestration: Coordinate with internal teams to design tailored solution concepts and technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) that address real-world business challenges.
- Technical Engagement: Build and share compelling demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the Salesforce platform and our partner ecosystem.
- Relationship Building: Present compelling solutions while developing expertise and articulating benefits to stakeholders at every level. Bridge the gap between initial vision and program execution by driving deeper platform adoption and measurable business impact.
- Drive Value & Consumption Bridge the gap between vision and execution by ensuring customers maximize their investment. You will coordinate and partner with Success Managers to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify underutilized features, and propose roadmap expansions that drive deeper platform adoption and measurable business impact.

- Communication & Connection: Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with a talent for explaining complex ideas in an engaging and accessible way.

- Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success. We are open to a variety of backgrounds for this role. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership, work experience, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Language & Location: Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Willing and able to travel throughout the Netherlands.
- Note: The company language is English for corporate communication and meetings.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Experience with Salesforce (or similar) solutions (Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce,..). Salesforce certifications are a plus but not an absolute requirement.
- Solution & Communication Skills: Ability to understand customer business goals and map those to the right technology solutions on the Salesforce platform and within our ecosystem of partners. Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- AI Literacy: Comfort and proficiency using AI assistants and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Perplexity,...) to work more efficiently and deliver greater value.
