About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Agentforce Commerce Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Agentforce Commerce solutions to mid-market customers, helping businesses transform their digital commerce experiences with AI-powered agent technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets for Agentforce Commerce solutions
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in Salesforce CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Agentforce product developments
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B software sales experience in Commerce and AI solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital transformation, and AI/automation technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and products
- Background in commerce platforms (Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, etc.
- Knowledge of AI agents and conversational commerce
- Experience in consultative/solution selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
