Description
Overview of the Role
Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Enablement PMO (Project Management Office) team partners directly with Enablement and Sales leadership as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic program planning, readiness optimization, and global execution support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Employee Success.
This is a high-impact role where you will manage the Enablement Roadmap, ensuring our training initiatives are data-driven and effectively "ramping" our sales organization. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead global programs to fruition. Projects range from evaluating the ROI of training programs to building scalable reporting infrastructure that tracks rep competency and sales performance.

Executive Storytelling: Create executive-level presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and global leadership summits to showcase the impact of Enablement on the bottom line.
Operational Excellence: Assist in troubleshooting enablement system issues (LMS, CMS); propose changes to infrastructure and processes to fix root causes and improve the "learner experience."
Cross-functional Governance: Manage stakeholders across business functions to ensure alignment on GTM strategy and resource allocation.
Knowledge Management: Develop and facilitate practices that enable the sales field to consume, share, and apply information efficiently in the "agentic era."
Data Literacy & Modeling: Use data modeling to visually represent enablement requirements and system functionalities, ensuring high attention to detail in all field-facing assets.
