Description
The Strategy & Ops Program Manager, Business Process is a high-impact role embedded in the Data Foundation Revenue Operations team. This individual serves as an operational force-multiplier — owning and optimizing the business processes, tools, and data workflows that power the Data Foundation sales organization.
This is a builder role for someone equally comfortable mapping a process gap, designing an Agentforce automation, and presenting a recommendation to senior sales leadership. You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy, operational rigor, and AI-powered transformation to help the team scale and optimize.
What You'll Work On
Business Process Design & Optimization
- Own end-to-end documentation, analysis, and optimization of core sales processes — including forecasting, pipeline management, territory coverage, account planning and seller onboarding
- Identify and resolve operational friction in integrating Informatica with Data Foundation, ensuring seamless alignment of processes, tools, and data to Salesforce standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process integration and readiness
- Drive process standardization across the combined Data Foundation sales team
Agentic & AI-Powered Operations
- Lead the design and deployment of Agentforce-powered automations to eliminate manual RevOps workflows — including forecast consolidation, pipeline review prep, coverage gap alerts, and reporting
- Build and maintain AI-assisted tooling that surfaces at-risk , renewal health signals, and expansion opportunities to AEs, SEs, and CSMs
- Serve as an internal AI fluency champion — identifying opportunities to apply AI tools (Agentforce, Einstein, Slack AI) to accelerate team productivity and seller effectiveness
- Partner with the analytics team to automate data pipelines and dashboards, reducing dependency on manual reporting
Sales Tools & Enablement
- Support the adoption and optimization of the Data Foundation sales tech stack: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Altify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Tableau, and Slack
- Partner with development teams on requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment of new capabilities and enhancements within the sales technology ecosystem
- Develop and deliver enablement content and training to drive tool adoption and process compliance across the seller population
- Manage user-facing documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for key business processes
Analytics & Insights
- Collaborate with the reporting team to define, build, and maintain dashboards that surface NNAOV, ACV, attrition, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and coverage ratios
- Conduct analytical deep dives to identify trends, risks, and whitespace — translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Strategy and Ops leadership
- Support the establishment of a single source of truth for key Data Foundation sales metrics, eliminating fragmented or conflicting data sets
- Build executive-ready presentations for QBRs, operating reviews, and strategic planning cycles
Program & Project Management
- Manage cross-functional programs tied to the Data Foundation RevOps roadmap — coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations
- Author user stories, define requirements, and drive alignment across technical and business partners using Agile / Jira delivery principles
- Evaluate and manage dependencies across systems, functions, and timelines; proactively surface risks and drive resolution
- Track and report on program health against key milestones and KPIs
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations within an enterprise technology company
- Strong command of business process design, documentation, and optimization methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from ideation through delivery
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein, Slack AI, or equivalent) to automate operational workflows and drive productivity
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including report and dashboard development
- Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior and executive audiences
- Proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and project management tools (Jira or equivalent)
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Informatica, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud products and go-to-market models
- Experience with common prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and/or SQL for data analysis and dashboard development
- Experience supporting a SaaS subscription business, including attrition modeling and renewal operations
- Comfort working in a high-velocity, acquisition-integration environment with evolving priorities
- Experience building or managing Agentforce agents, Einstein automations, or similar AI-native workflows
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery models and writing user stories for IT development partners
Who You Are
- A systems thinker who sees process gaps before they become problems
- Equally at home in a strategy doc, a Salesforce dashboard, or a stakeholder alignment meeting
- An AI-native operator — you don't just use AI tools, you design workflows around them
- Bias for action: you drive clarity and move things forward, even in ambiguity
- A natural collaborator who builds trust across Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Operations
- Passionate about building scalable, durable processes — not just quick fixes
