The Salesforce Futureforce Tech Launchpad program, powered by CodePath, is a 10-week paid hands-on program students will be introduced to an AI-native software engineering curriculum, learning to design, build, and deploy modern systems using agentic AI tools. Students will focus on system design, security, and logic validation while leveraging tools like VS Code and Copilot for implementation support. Each day includes pod meetings and workshops with teaching assistants available for guidance.
During the second half of the program, students will develop a capstone project of their own design.The cutting edge curriculum and 1-1 mentorship—supplementing college CS programs—was designed to bridge the gap between academic understanding and practical professional experience and is specifically geared towards groups historically underrepresented in tech including but not limited to Black, Hispanic, Native American, students with disabilities, and veterans are encouraged to apply.
This program will run from June 1 - August 7, 2026. Students are expected to participate daily, Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm PT. This program will take place onsite at Salesforce’s San Francisco office. Students across the US are welcome to apply. Travel and relocation expenses for the duration of the program will be covered.

Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in a US college or university and will be starting your junior year of college in Fall 2026 or be scheduled to graduate in 2028.
Must be pursuing a course of study related to computer science and software and currently intend to pursue a career in software development.
Must have completed a CS 1-type class, i.e. Intro to Programming and have familiarity with core programming concepts, such as functions, conditionals, loops, variables, primitive data types, and arrays
Must have received a confirmation email from CodePath
