You will work alongside ES executive leadership to set strategic research priorities and leverage best-in-class technology to analyze and derive insights from employee data.

You will partner with and influence collaborators across ES to enable a deep understanding of our workforce and the experiences of our employees, specifically focusing on how AI-driven and innovative talent models impact the organization. This role requires a strong business-minded researcher who can navigate complexity, prioritize effectively, and partner effectively cross-functionally with various business and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Partner with leadership to set strategic research priorities and contribute to the vision and roadmap for workforce intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with ES priorities.
  • Data Analysis, Storytelling & Change Leadership: Lead the creation of impactful analyses and measurement frameworks, translating complex data into clear insights that drive leadership decisions regarding future workforce models and business impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with ES and business leaders to integrate workforce intelligence into broader strategic initiatives.
  • Enablement & Capability Building: Provide support to ES and business leaders on interpreting and acting on insights.
  • Scalable Analytics: Produce toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to drive data fluency and impact across ES organizations.
  • Innovation & Industry Expertise: Stay current with trends in people analytics, particularly in the realms of "agentic" talent, workforce transformation, and organizational research, to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning while developing junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s or PhD in a field related to people research, such as I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Management, or Public Policy.
  • Experience: 7+ years leading large-scale people analytics projects at a global organization, with a proven track rate of influencing executive-level research priorities.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), advanced statistical techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) for sentiment and open-text analysis, and coding languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
