Description

This mid-level role focuses on enabling Salesforce Agentforce Life Sciences (AFLS) for customers and system integrators. You will work across various Salesforce teams, customers, and System Integrators (SIs) to ensure AFLS is successfully adopted. You are expected to master a wide spectrum of AFLS features and maintain deep awareness of major Salesforce platform features. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of specific features, with a heavy emphasis on practical implementation, scaling activation, product evangelism, and AI-augmented productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Serve as a vocal advocate for AFLS, delivering compelling examples and technical deep-dives. Act as a champion for the "AI-Enabled PM" mindset, demonstrating how AI transforms both the Life Sciences industry and the product management craft itself.

  • AI-Augmented Execution: Use modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the creation of technical documentation, prototype configurations, and feature specifications.

  • Team Upskilling: Act as a mentor and internal consultant to help peers and stakeholders become AI-enabled. Teach others how to leverage LLMs and agentic workflows to increase their daily output and strategic focus.

  • Feature Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end development of specific Agentforce Life Sciences features, from gathering requirements to shipping production-ready tools that solve industry bottlenecks.

  • SI & Customer Enablement: Serve as the primary technical bridge for System Integrators, providing the documentation, architectural guidance, and "best practice" patterns needed to implement AFLS at scale.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Salesforce Implementation.

  • AI-First Workflow: Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding assistants and LLMs (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to speed up technical tasks, research, and content generation.

  • Technical Storytelling: Ability to act as an evangelist, distilling complex AI concepts into relatable, high-impact stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Salesforce Platform Fluency: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Flow, Metadata, Permissions) and the ability to quickly master new AFLS features.

  • Life Sciences Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry (HCP interactions and field sales compliance).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public Speaking: Experience presenting at user groups, Dreamforce, or industry conferences.

Enterprise Industry Software Experience: Prior experience working at or with a major Life Science CRM vendors such as IQVIA or Veeva.
