What you'll be doing...

As a Digital Account Executive for the Commercial (CMRL) segment, you will own a territory of mid-market accounts and drive the full sales cycle for our Digital portfolio — including Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Data Cloud solutions. You will be the trusted advisor for your customers, helping them unlock the power of digital transformation through Salesforce.

  • Own and manage a territory of CMRL accounts, driving new business acquisition and expansion within your install base.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to consistently generate and progress pipeline.
  • Lead transactional and solution-based sales cycles, managing deals primarily below $50K ACV with speed and precision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and C-level contacts within your accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital specialists, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Stay current on Digital product innovations (Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Data Cloud) and competitive landscape to position Salesforce effectively.
  • Partner with marketing, business development, and sales programs teams to maximize pipeline generation in your territory.

Who you are...

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in SaaS or cloud software sales.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment.
  • Experience selling Digital solutions (Marketing Automation, eCommerce, CDP, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, able to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Data-driven and operationally rigorous — you know your numbers and manage your pipeline proactively.
  • Team player who thrives in a matrixed environment, collaborating across specialists, SEs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, naturally ).
