We're looking for a results-driven sales professional who is energised by the agentic revolution and ready to position Slack as the operating system for the AI-first organisation.

What You'll Do:

  • Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, identifying critical challenges and positioning Slack + Agentforce as the solution to drive transformation

  • Partner closely with Salesforce Core AEs to co-sell and unlock new Slack opportunities across your territory

  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buying groups, developing compelling business cases that connect AI agent deployment to measurable business outcomes

  • Create and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and close

  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Salesforce partners to deliver tailored demos and solutions

  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and value articulation

  • Stay ahead of agentic AI trends and represent Slack at key industry events and forums

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven quota-carrying SaaS sales success with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Passion for AI and the agentic era — able to translate technology into compelling outcomes for non-technical buyers

  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with a consultative, value-led approach

  • A track record of engaging senior decision-makers and leading discovery conversations that drive outcomes

  • Pipeline generation expertise, leveraging existing relationships and building new connections

  • Familiarity with team-selling environments, aligning with Salesforce Core AEs and Partners

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience selling collaboration, automation, productivity, or AI-powered software is highly preferred

What Success Looks Like:

  • Achieving an annual quota of $600k–$1M through strategic, multi-product deals

  • Generating and managing a healthy pipeline with consistent progression and accurate forecasting

  • Demonstrating clear ROI to customers, differentiating Slack + Agentforce against competitors

  • Establishing long-term partnerships by showcasing Slack as the default AI work surface for every organisation
