Our SMB & MB teams target businesses where you can build complex sales solutions from the ground up. This role is a pure hunter opportunity. You will be the tip of the spear, leveraging our internal ecosystem and partnering with diverse business units to pry open doors and introduce white space accounts to the Salesforce platform.

Day to Day

Our SMB & MB Account Executives are focused on pure acquisition—selling the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform to net-new logos. They are experts at building pipeline from scratch, establishing trust with key decision-makers who have never worked with us, and acting as true evangelists for digital transformation.

  • Relentlessly prospecting into white space accounts to generate robust pipeline and close net-new business.
  • Building and executing strategic outbound campaigns via multiple channels (cold calling, email, social selling) to uncover untapped opportunities.
  • Account tiering and greenfield mapping: Researching and understanding customer personas, industry trends, and organizational structures to find a way in.
  • Managing and overcoming objections from prospects who may be using competitor platforms or legacy systems.
  • Partnering with internal teams (BDRs, Solution Engineers, Marketing) to craft a compelling point of view and drive deal momentum from first contact to close.
  • Managing a high-volume outbound motion while appropriately prioritizing accounts and balancing competing timelines.

  • You are a true "hunter"—an established AE who is energized by the challenge of breaking into new accounts and consistently exceeding new business quotas in an end-to-end sales cycle.
  • You embody a growth mindset. You are incredibly resilient, you think ahead, and you have a strategic plan for how to attack your territory.
  • You are a challenger. You're able to craft a bold point of view, hold an opinion, and build immediate credibility as a "Trusted Adviser" with executives who don't yet know you.
  • Self-awareness and drive are in your DNA. You understand your ‘why’ and possess the grit required to push through rejection and find the win.
  • You are naturally curious. A genuine passion for technology, disruption, and innovation is a must. Previous Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not required.
