What you'll be doing...

As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle within a high-velocity, digital-first environment. You'll leverage real-time data, digital tools, and AI-powered insights to engage prospects and customers, delivering transformative solutions that help businesses reimagine their Customer 360.

  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within your assigned digital territory or segment, generating strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with speed and precision — forecasting accurately and maintaining strong hygiene across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Engage primarily through digital channels (video, email, social selling, virtual demos) to connect with decision-makers efficiently and at scale.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, navigating mid-market or commercial accounts with agility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Stay current on Salesforce's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position our solutions effectively.
  • Champion adoption of our sales methodology, tools, and systems — including Salesforce CRM — to maximize productivity and results.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quota, pipeline generation targets, and activity metrics.

Who you are...

  • 7 + years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in a digital, inside sales, or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable selling complex software solutions (SaaS/Cloud) primarily through digital channels and virtual engagements.
  • Experience building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers in a competitive market.
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset — you use data to prioritize and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communicator: clear, compelling, and confident in virtual settings (video calls, demos, digital presentations).
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit — you take ownership of your territory and results.
