Role Overview
Also known as a "Pre-Sales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant," the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, aiming to evoke confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure and remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. In this role, you will leverage your technical and sales skills to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, and configure and effectively demonstrate solutions that address these requirements to provide business value.

Key Responsibilities
* **Customer Discovery and Solution Mapping:
** Ask thoughtful questions to uncover pain points, goals, and existing processes, and translate these requirements into a high-level solution blueprint explaining how features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce address those needs.
**Demo and Prototype Creation
** Create and deliver presentations to customers, handle objections, and clearly articulate the business impact.
**Collaborative Proposal Support
**Work closely with Sales Representatives and architects to draft technical sections of proposals, such as architecture diagrams, scope outlines, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and the commercial offer.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:
** Liaise with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to stay informed about new releases, AI advancements, and best practices.
**Continuous Learning:
** Demonstrate a growth mindset by regularly completing Salesforce Trailhead modules to pursue relevant badges, attending internal trainings, requesting mentorship, and seeking feedback.
**Time Management and Organization:
** Balance multiple tasks—like demo preparation, customer calls, and certification study—by planning your week and using organizational tools to keep stakeholders informed of your progress.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
Solid presentation and communication skills.
Native spanish speaker, english highly desirable
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology.
Preferred Qualifications (must)

***Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies.
