You will be part of an analyst talent community in the EMEA North and wider EMEA Sales Strategy Team, to learn and develop together. This high-impact role grants you exceptional visibility to senior leaders across EMEA North, empowering you to translate data into actionable recommendations that fuel the success of sales and cross-functional leadership.
Your responsibilities & impact:
- Strategy and Execution Partner: Provide day-to-day support to sales strategy business partners and sales leaders on all aspects of execution, including forecasting calls, pipeline updates, AE performance reviews, and more — leveraging AI-assisted tools to surface real-time signals and anticipate issues before they escalate.
- Data-Driven Insights: Build tools and dashboards that unlock new insights for partners, augmented by AI-powered analytics and predictive modelling. Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations. Design and interpret key performance metrics, delivering data-driven recommendations — knowing when to trust the model and when human judgment should lead.

- Strategic Decision Making: Prepare analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions, using AI to accelerate synthesis and scenario modelling while applying human critical thinking to validate outputs and frame tradeoffs. Drive EMEA North-level business reviews and ambitious initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Assist strategy business partners and sales leaders in driving all steps of Salesforce's EMEA North Go-to-Market strategy, including market segmentation, headcount planning, sales territory implementation, and quota setting.
- Process Optimization: Champion a human-AI operating model by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, redesigning workflows to free up capacity for higher-value work. Propose and implement systemic improvements, combining AI-generated diagnostics with human expertise to address root causes and continuously raise the bar.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in sales operations, business operations, or consulting, ideally within an online/SaaS company with a strong analytical focus.

- Comfortable with SQL, Tableau/Alation/Snowflake, or other Business Intelligence tools — and an eagerness to augment this toolkit with AI-assisted analytics and automation.
- Demonstrably strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- A working familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics platforms) and a genuine curiosity about how they can reshape sales strategy and operations.

- Thorough and quality-focused, with a passion for learning new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond, proactively identifying opportunities where AI can unlock new levels of efficiency and impact.
