Description

As a Manager, you will lead a team who are responsible for managing our existing small business customer base in Australia and New Zealand - and growing their Salesforce footprint.

This team is delivering a new experience and with that comes the need to help establish new processes to make our org, our prospects, and our customers successful, whilst working with internal business partners to improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will be encouraged to autonomously run your team and create an exciting yet challenging environment. We know that a team is successful only when there are common values that guide our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage the team's activities, development and mastery of their processes

  • Understand customer needs, challenges and desired outcomes and help them work towards those goals as a trusted advisor

  • Consistently drive team towards our goal of increasing our customer satisfaction levels

  • Mentor the team on best practices and help them grow their skills

  • Act as an escalation point and engage support or other internal teams when appropriate

  • Collaborate internally with teams to remove hurdles for both our team and for our customers

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds key KPI’s and performance metrics

  • Be innovative! Identify and recommend improvements across product and processes

  • Define and establish new processes for the team, based on data-driven insights

  • Interview, hire, and enable new team members to succeed

  • Manage internal processes in Workday, CRM and additional systems in a timely manner

  • Drive completion of Corporate Level requirements
