The Role
Slack has evolved into the Conversational AI interface for the world’s most innovative enterprises. As an Associate Account Executive for Slack, you will be at the heart of the Agentforce movement. You are not just selling a messaging app; you are selling the "Work OS" where humans and AI agents collaborate to drive unprecedented productivity. You will support and drive the sales lifecycle for our Enterprise customers (1,500+ employees), helping them simplify complex workflows through the power of AI and Slack.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Growth: Drive ACV within the Enterprise segment by identifying, navigating, and closing opportunities in large-scale organizations.
Agent-First Discovery: Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points and recommend how Slack, integrated with Agentforce, can automate manual tasks and unify business data.
Full-Cycle Execution: Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, moving them through the Slack buying cycle with high energy and consistent sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to ensure that Slack becomes the central hub for the customer’s entire software stack.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the "Voice of the Customer," gathering feedback to help our product teams continuously improve the Slack AI experience.
What we are looking for:
Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience (preferably in SaaS). We value "grit" and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
Ambition: You are highly driven, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Articulate and poised, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
AI Curiosity: A passion for how AI agents and automation are redefining the future of work.
Background: Degree or equivalent experience (we highly value leadership in extracurriculars, military service, or volunteer roles).
