Your Journey Starts Here. At Salesforce, we believe that your final year of university should be about more than just exams,it should be about launching your career. We are looking for the next generation of Dutch-speaking Trailblazers to join our Amsterdam Ohana for a unique internship.

By applying to this Futureforce Talent Hub, you are putting yourself on our radar for three distinct career paths: Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Alliances & Channels. We believe your potential shouldn't be boxed into a single job title. By applying to this Hub, you're giving us the green light to personally review your CV and map your unique strengths to the team where you’ll have the most impact, whether that's in Solutions Engineering, Sales, or Alliances.

The Three Paths Within the Hub:

1. Solutions Engineering (The Technical Consultant)

The Mission: You are the bridge between "business problems" and "technical solutions," acting as a trusted advisor to help customers understand the power of the Salesforce platform.

What You’ll Do: You’ll dig deep into how a company operates, identify their pain points, and then configure tailored product demonstrations that show them a better way to work.

Your Impact: You’ll become a master of the "discovery" process, learning to ask the right questions and translating technical features into real-world business value for Dutch organizations.

Ideal for: Students with a "tinkerer" mindset who enjoy explaining complex ideas simply, love a good challenge, and want to blend their technical curiosity with a client-facing career.

Background:We consider applicants from the following academic backgrounds:

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science/Data Engineering, Information Systems, or other adjacent disciplines

2.Sales & Business Development (The Growth Driver)

The Mission: You are the front line of Salesforce, identifying new opportunities and building the foundational relationships that fuel our growth.

What You’ll Do: You’ll learn to navigate the Dutch market, researching key industries and engaging with stakeholders to understand their digital needs.

Your Impact: You’ll master the "Art of the Deal," learning world-class sales methodologies while helping local businesses become more customer-centric.

Ideal for: High-energy, resilient communicators who are driven by goals and love the thrill of opening new doors.

Background: We welcome all academic backgrounds! Whether you study Business, Tech, Humanities, or Science, we value your unique perspective.

3. Alliances & Channels (The Strategic Connector)

The Mission: You are the glue of our ecosystem, working with our world-class partners (like consultants and agencies) to ensure our mutual customers succeed.

What You’ll Do: You’ll support the management of partner relationships, helping to coordinate joint strategies and ensuring our "AppExchange" ecosystem stays vibrant.

Your Impact: You’ll gain a macro-view of the tech industry, learning how a global leader scales through collaboration rather than just direct competition.

Ideal for: Natural diplomats and strategic thinkers who enjoy building long-term networks and win-win scenarios.

Background: We welcome all academic backgrounds! Whether you study Business, Tech, Humanities, or Science, we value your unique perspective.

Who You Are:

We are looking for students who are ready to balance their studies with real-world impact. To be eligible, you must meet the following:

Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at a University in Amsterdam.

Graduation Timeline: You are on track to graduate in 2027.

Language Skills: You are fluent in both Dutch and English (Mandatory).
