About the Role
We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to join our Marketing Cloud sales team. In this role, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise-accounts, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion revenue. But this isn't just a software sale — you'll be a trusted advisor to CMOs, marketing operations leaders, and digital transformation executives, guiding them through one of the most significant shifts in marketing: the rise of agentic AI.
You'll help customers understand not just what Marketing Cloud can do today, but where autonomous, AI-driven marketing is headed — and how to get there responsibly, on a trusted enterprise foundation.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a territory plan to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the Enterprise-market segment while growing and expanding an existing account portfolio
Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and business leaders, bringing strategic insight on how agentic AI is reshaping customer engagement, personalization, and campaign execution
Lead deep discovery sessions to connect customer marketing challenges to the full Marketing Cloud + Agentforce platform — including Agentforce for Marketing, Journey Builder, Data Cloud, Einstein Personalization, and more
Articulate and sell the value of agentic use cases — from autonomous campaign orchestration and real-time audience segmentation to AI-driven content generation and next-best-action marketing
Help customers navigate the trusted enterprise AI conversation: data governance, privacy, zero-copy architecture, and how Salesforce's Einstein Trust Layer enables them to deploy AI agents safely at scale
Build and maintain strong executive relationships across Marketing, CRM, Digital, and IT stakeholders
Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Alliances partners to design compelling, customer-specific agentic marketing visions
Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in martech, CRM, or digital marketing technology
Demonstrated ability to sell transformational, platform-level deals — not just point solutions
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing concepts: autonomous agents, generative content, predictive personalization, and customer data platforms
Comfort leading trusted enterprise AI conversations — including data privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and governance frameworks — with both technical and business audiences
Knowledge of or experience with Agentforce for Marketing (or equivalent AI marketing automation platforms) strongly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle AE role with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional discovery, storytelling, and executive presentation skills — you paint a vision, build trust, and close
Salesforce CRM proficiency preferred; Marketing Cloud or Agentforce certifications a strong plus
Fluent in English and Italian
