The Global Partnerships M&A team is seeking an Integration Lead/Senior Lead. The team leads strategic initiatives that accelerate partner growth through strategic acquisitions. We work across functions to align stakeholders and drive mutual success and outcomes. Key initiatives include accelerating the integration of acquisitions across all partners and delivering business transformation initiatives critical to Salesforce’s goal of doubling margin and improving performance.

In this role, you are a critical team member collaborating with many stakeholders - across many internal organizations and at all levels - to plan, execute and deliver programs of all sizes and complexities. To succeed in this role, you will organize, build trust, and influence A&C stakeholders, Information Technology (IT) teams, Corporate Development, and M&A functions to develop integration strategies supporting GTM objectives and company priorities. You must be comfortable working in ambiguity and making/influencing decisions with information available to you.

The ideal candidate is action oriented, impact-focused, a strong problem solver, and has experience integrating Go-to-Market (GTM) processes and systems leveraging their strong program management experience, particularly in Partnerships / Alliances & Channels organizations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently organize, drive, and manage entire programs or workstream(s) within a program. Utilize project management governance and tools to manage timeline, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Represent organization during due diligence, analyzing a target company’s partner ecosystem, formulating an integration strategy, assessing the risks and mitigations to contribute to “go / no go” acquisition decision.

  • Define the GP M&A processes and systems integration plan based on deal objectives, GTM goals, and due diligence findings.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional business leaders through integration or strategic initiative planning across discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap execution, user acceptance testing, and change management.

  • Collaborate with Information Technology to drive system integration solution decisions that support GTM objectives while adhering to integration guiding principles, data governance standards, and follow the long-term systems roadmap.

  • Serve as a positive spokesperson to address acquired company employees' systems integration questions and boost awareness about upcoming Salesforce system roadmap and data governance changes.

  • Collaborate and guide stakeholders to remove roadblocks and progress programs. Be transparent - communicate often. Identify key program metrics and report progress.

  • Plan, manage and run Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership to drive key decisions.

  • Establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player with exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • IT Project and Program Management Skills: Demonstrated project management discipline. Experience in planning, and driving design and implementation of complex, business and system requirements. Ability to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. Strong meeting management skills.

  • M&A Experience: Prior experience with M&A, specifically integrating acquired company data, processes, and systems into Salesforce. Due diligence experience is a plus.

  • GTM Knowledge: Experience in the Go-to-Market (GTM) motion of a SaaS company. Understands various sales and post sales models and what is required to accelerate growth. Partner ecosystem knowledge is a plus.

  • Data Management: Strong data quality and data integrity skills to assess, compile and use data for decision making as well as to be able to extract key information and simplify into executive-level messaging.

  • Lead to Cash Systems: Expertise with data fields across lead to cash systems (including marketing automation, lead / deal registration, partner portals, compensation fields) specific to supporting a high-growth Go-to-Market business. Relevant Alliances & Channels experience (e.g., partner co-selling, revenue share, App Marketplace systems) is a plus.

  • Process Improvement Skills: Ability to analyze and optimize defined areas or processes within a cross-functional organization. Effective in implementing new and improved processes.

  • Executive Communication Skills: High EQ, low ego. Exceptionally strong communicator equally adept at communications strategy and execution, with the ability to independently craft a full range of clear, high-impact communications.

  • Influencing and Interpersonal Skills: Able to build trusted relationships. Ability to motivate, collaborate, and work successfully in a team environment. Able to creatively drive alignment across all levels. A Change Ambassador.

OTHER SKILLS/PREFERRED:

  • 8-10 years experience in program management independently leading medium to large, cross functional programs and/or M&A experience leading due diligence and integration planning and execution involving multiple enterprise systems.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related B.S. degree, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Salesforce CRM knowledge is a strong plus and heavily recommended.

  • Strong Google suite skills (including Gemini and NotebookLM). Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Slack, canvases, slackbot).
