The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a team of strategic advisors working closely with ANZ Country Leadership and Sales teams. You will drive AI-led business transformations for our most strategic customers, helping them navigate the "Agentic Era" with Salesforce.
We are looking for a customer-centric advisor who can translate complex technology into real business impact. This role focuses on defining account strategies, shaping high-value deals, and delivering investment justifications for large enterprises. You will be a key collaborator across sales, operations, and professional services, acting as the strategic bridge between a customer's vision and their measurable success.
This is a senior individual contributor role that requires a high degree of influence and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams without formal reporting lines. Your success will be measured by your impact on strategic deals and your ability to drive growth and value realisation within our most significant accounts.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Deal Design & Strategy: Architect sophisticated commercial structures and value-led proposals for ANZ’s largest strategic accounts that drive successful, mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
C-Suite Executive Engagement: Develop and share insight-led, proactive points of view and investment justifications with CXOs, focusing on long-term business outcomes rather than technical features.
Value Discovery & Workshops: Facilitate collaborative workshops to identify customer pain points and build quantitative models (ROI/TCO) that help executives visualise and fund future-state scenarios.
AI-Led Business Transformation: Act as a strategic lead for the "Agentic Era" by identifying high-impact opportunities where Agentforce and autonomous agents can transform business processes and drive operational excellence.
Strategic Mentorship: Act as a trusted resource and thought leader for the wider ANZ organisation, sharing best practices in deal structuring and industry trends to upskill cross-functional partners.
AOV Protection & Growth: Act as a business owner for the region’s largest accounts, identifying new value streams and driving measurable value realization to protect and grow existing revenue
Experience & Skills:
Strategy & Value Background: Professional experience in strategy consulting or a value-focused role in a major tech company.
Business Acumen & ROI: Skilled at building business cases and financial models that show how technology investments improve a company's bottom line.
C-Suite Executive Communication: Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders by simplifying complex ideas into clear, strategic recommendations.
Influence & Orchestration: Proven ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve a common goal in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Curiosity for AI: A genuine interest in the shift toward AI and autonomous agents, and how these technologies practically change business models.
Industry Perspective: While we welcome generalists, experience in (or a desire to learn) sectors like Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities is highly valued.
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to navigate high-stakes environments and tough negotiations with empathy, patience, and a focus on "win-win" outcomes.
