Role Description:
We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate Product Marketing Senior Manager to join our Service Cloud team focused on core messaging and positioning as well as GTM strategy, execution. You will be a product and marketing expert, translating the needs of customers and sellers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy.
Responsibilities
Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent
Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.
Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation
Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns
Lead and create the core value proposition and selling points.
Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success
Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams.
Required Skills:.
7 years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market background
Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.
Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
