Salesforce is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director to join the Customer Success Group (CSG) Strategy & Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior executives to design and execute initiatives that define the growth trajectory of our global business.
As a Director, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to transforming Salesforce’s Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. By analyzing product-specific trends and identifying critical business needs, you and your team will serve as essential advisors to post-sales leadership, ensuring our strategy evolves alongside our technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of 5–7 high-performing individual contributors with expertise in strategy, analytics, and insights development.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to deliver high-priority initiatives that enable the business to scale.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across customer segments, regions, and product lines to identify key value drivers and growth opportunities.
- Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic thought partner to the CSG Leadership team, helping shape the post-sales strategy across the enterprise.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between global teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support—to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a Strategy & Ops role within the technology sector.
- Education: BA/BS degree required.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Toolkit: Proven experience manipulating and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Leadership: Strong business acumen with a track record of managing senior stakeholders.
