Regional Sales Director - Marketing Cloud
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive Marketing Cloud growth across the region. You'll lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic relationships with C-level executives, and leverage AI-driven solutions to help customers transform their marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Peru and Chile
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with Marketing Cloud solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams
- Deep knowledge of Peru and Chile markets with established relationships
- Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value
- Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred:
- Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation
- Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Track record of developing high-performing sales teams availability to travel as needed.
