About the Role

The Paid Media Intern will support our Global Paid Media team in driving performance marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline for the business.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how a global performance marketing engine operates at scale, how budgets translate into pipeline outcomes, and how operational rigor protects measurement integrity.

What You’ll Do

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Help prepare recurring reports and dashboards used in stakeholder readouts.

  • QA data outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Insights & Optimization Support

  • Compile performance summaries by audience, creative theme, or channel.

  • Support test documentation and learning logs.

  • Help identify trends or anomalies that require deeper review.

Planning & Operational Support

  • Assist with business brief documentation and tracking.

  • Support internal process documentation and template management.

  • Help maintain organization across key deadlines and campaign milestones.

What You’ll Learn

  • How global paid media budgets are allocated and managed

  • How performance marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue

  • How governance and operational discipline drive scale

  • How to communicate data-driven insights clearly and credibly

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field (December 2026/May 2027 graduation date)

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in spreadsheets

  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Clear written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to marketing analytics, statistics, or performance measurement coursework

  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

  • Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

  • Interest in B2B or enterprise marketing

Who You Are

  • Curious and coachable

  • Comfortable working with data

  • Structured in your thinking

  • Reliable and accountable

  • Interested in understanding how marketing drives real business outcomes

Why This Role Matters

Paid media is a central growth engine for the business. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how enterprise performance marketing operates at scale, and how disciplined execution and analytics drive measurable impact.
