Core Mission : The PSM core mission is to :
- drive sourced growth and retention revenue through our ecosystem by generating Partner leads - in collaboration with the Partner Alliance Management team - and following the sales process
- preventing attrition and be proactive in the renewal process whenever a Partner is involved and in coordination with the Success team on a Salesforce industry.
Major responsibilities include:
Design and executes the Partner strategy and GTM plan on a Salesforce industry,
Drives the GTM initiatives with key Partners in the ecosystem, in strong collaboration with the Partners stakeholders and sales teams, in order to develop and accelerate Lead Generation and Sourced ACV,
Contributes in executing Salesforce Partner strategy to accelerate profitable growth in France as part of the Ecosystem A&C organization (Partner Account Management-Success-Marketing, OSP, ISV)
Engage deeply within every critical and influential Partners in any given industry, winning mindshare with Salesforce’s AI+Data+CRM vision, innovative and enhanced GTM (AWS and GCP Marketplace, Consumption model, OSP) and making every Partner sourced growth and retention contributor.
Execute and collaborate as One Team within OU France (Sales, SE, BVS, CSG, Marketing…+ extended PubSec, NextGen Platform) as well as with all required COEs (A&C, Industries,..)
Required Experience & Skills:
4-8 years in Tech, in A&C and/or Sales role
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate within the organization (Alliance & Channel, Sales, Chief Customer Office…) and outside with the ecosystem
Strong communication, presentation and adaptability skills, ROI-driven mindset
Used to working with analytics tools
Ability to measure, analyze and propose measures to adapt the strategic industry plan when needed
Economical and business appetite (ability to understand business value chain and challenges of a given industry)
Knowledge of the major Vendors (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft…) or SIs (CAPGEMINI, ACCENTURE, COMFORTH…) ecosystem or and drivers is a plus
Knowledge of the Salesforce products/clouds is a plus
