Role Overview
The Salesforce International Equality team is dedicated to building a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve. We are looking for an International Equality Intern to provide vital operational and administrative support for our international, data-driven initiatives.
In this role, you will be the "engine room" of our daily operations. You’ll gain a front-row seat to how a global tech leader manages Equality through data governance, reporting, and internal strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented student eager to learn how Equality is measured and tracked at scale.
Your Responsibilities
As an intern, your focus will be on supporting the team and learning the systems that drive international, systemic change. Your tasks will include:
Operational Excellence
Documentation: Help update the Equality internal Governance & Operations process guides
Global Coordination: Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for legal reviews and stakeholder enablement sessions across five global regions (EMEA, LATAM, South Asia, JPKT, and ANZ)
Help create "Equality Onboarding" materials for employees joining through new company acquisitions
Innovation & Research
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research on external Equality themes and trends to see how other global companies are driving success in belonging
AI Testing: Provide user feedback and "human-in-the-loop" testing for Agentforce Equality solutions
Cross-Team Alignment: Help identify common themes and collaboration opportunities across our Engagement, Accessibility, and Business Resource Group (BRG) teams
Data & Reporting Support
Data Hygiene: Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and accessible data sets for our equality initiatives
Reporting: Assist in gathering and formatting data for semi-annual (H1) achievement reports and leadership presentations
Minimum Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (HR, Business, Data Science, or related) with a 2027 graduation date
Data Literacy: Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and basic formulas)
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for drafting internal updates and coordinating with regional leads
Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high maturity and integrity
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Previous experience in an office or administrative setting
A keen interest in how AI is transforming Employee Success and Equality work
