Description
We are looking for an energetic collaborator to join LATAM Partner Success Team. Together, we are focused on growing Salesforce capacity, capability and success through the partner ecosystem.
Your focus on LATAM Partner Success will support the growth and success of partners that pitch, sell and deploy Salesforce products and services to our customers. You will align with the Partner Success Managers and Partner Delivery Architects to orchestrate and support initiatives to develop partners capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Partner Success Team (PSMs and PDAs) to organize the partner enablement calendar ("end-to-end" execution: creation of the events in the system, invitations, coordination of registration, reports of attendees, hosting the sessions, coordinate outside speakers agenda, etc)
Take ownership of growth, capability and success metrics across the lifecycle of a Salesforce partner.
Execute a range of programs and initiatives that directly influence partner competencies & credentials
Lead with analytics and data, demonstrating a thorough understanding of success metrics
Promote scalable learning assets via Partner Community and LinkedIn posts as well as pushing internal stakeholders to spread the word.
Be a curious, connected and driven collaborator that continuously seeks to expand their network of internal and external stakeholders. Always innovate to be more efficient and effective, leveraging creativity and AI.
Key Qualifications
Graduation date between July 2027 and December 2027
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leveraging creativity to solve problems and achieve results.
Advanced English Proficiency (mandatory trainings in English and stakeholders/potential speakers are foreigners).
