As part of ES, we design and deliver programs, processes, and tools that create a world-class employee experience and enable Salesforce to succeed globally.
Role Overview

Knowledge Management and Self-Service: Help maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base (BaseCamp) by creating, updating, and simplifying HR knowledge articles, enabling employees and managers to self-serve effectively
Tool Navigation and Support: Learn to navigate Workday and Salesforce tools to research process questions, support self-service flows, and help improve overall data quality and accuracy
Employee Support: Provide light case support by responding to employee and manager inquiries in our case management tool, ensuring issues are documented clearly and resolved in a timely and professional manner
Collaboration and Communication: Actively participate in team meetings, project discussions, and presentations, sharing findings, insights, and recommendations with ES Operations partners and stakeholders
