Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable features/solutions to build Agentforce runtime platform that are used by millions of end users and thousands of customer service agents.
- Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with architects, product owners, engineers, user experience designers and data scientists
- Champion best practices and policies, guide and collaborate with the team on leveraging such practices.
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth working knowledge of at least one object-oriented compiled, statically-typed language (Java, Go, C++, etc)
- Solid experience in developing/maintaining large scale micro services using public cloud technologies such as AWS
- Experience in test-driven development with focus on unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end automation
- A related technical degree required.
